All services are subject to a signed written contract between you and PatioLux Victorville Sunrooms. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of service availability, pricing, or timeline.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided by PatioLux Victorville Sunrooms, whether by phone, email, or in writing, is an approximation based on information available at the time. Estimates are not binding contracts and are subject to change based on:

• Unforeseen site conditions, including soil, structural, or access issues
• Material price changes between estimate and project start
• Changes to project scope requested by the client
• Permit or inspection requirements that alter the original plan

A final binding price will be established in a written contract signed by both parties before any work begins. We do not start work without a signed contract.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are estimates based on our current schedule and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from permit approval timelines, material availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any material changes to the project schedule as soon as we are aware of them.

If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. Cancellation terms, including any deposit refund conditions, will be specified in your signed contract. If materials have already been ordered or permit fees paid on your behalf, those costs may be non-refundable.

We reserve the right to reschedule a project start date due to crew availability, material delays, or permit processing times. We will not charge you for delays caused by factors outside your control.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your signed contract. In general, payments are tied to project milestones rather than fixed calendar dates. A typical schedule includes a deposit at signing, progress payments at defined construction milestones, and a final payment upon project completion and your written approval.

Under California law, a contractor may not require a deposit exceeding 10% of the total contract price or $1,000, whichever is less, before work begins. We comply with this requirement.

Payments not received within the time specified in the contract may result in a work stoppage until the account is brought current. We reserve the right to charge reasonable fees for returned checks or declined payments.

6. Permits and Compliance

PatioLux Victorville Sunrooms pulls all required building permits for projects within our service area unless the contract specifically states otherwise. Permit fees are typically passed through to the client at cost and will be itemized in the contract.

We build in compliance with applicable California building codes, local ordinances, and the requirements of the City of Victorville or San Bernardino County, as applicable. If your property is subject to HOA restrictions, it is your responsibility to obtain any required HOA approval before construction begins. We can assist with preparing submission documents, but the approval itself is between you and your HOA.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Any specific warranties on workmanship or materials will be stated in your signed contract. Unless expressly stated in writing, we do not make any implied warranties beyond what is required by California law.

Material warranties, where applicable, are those provided by the manufacturer directly. We will assist you in registering manufacturer warranties where required.

You and PatioLux Victorville Sunrooms waive any right to a jury trial for disputes arising out of or related to our services.

Homeowners in California also have the right to file a complaint with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) for unresolved disputes with a licensed contractor.
